Today will be a very important topic for me. I am trying to lose at least 50 pounds and grow my hair at least 5 inches and get healthier skin before I go out into the college world.
BUT I ONLY GOT 2 MONTHS!

That's okay, because I plan to have positive thinking the entire time!
I am going on a "Ashley" diet and excersise regimen , which means:
- NO candy
- NO soda
- NO fast food
- NO meal more than 400 Calories
- 1200 calories per day or less ( Because truthfully I don't eat that much a day anyway if it's not junk)
- ONLY DRINK WATER OR SUGARLESS GREEN TEA
- Go outside and walk for 1 hour, Jog for 10 minutes
- Dance for 30 minutes before bed.
- Don't eat after 7pm
- Eat 3 meals a day. 7am-breakfast 12pm-lunch 4pm-dinner
- Can chew sugarless gum for cravings but sparingly. suck on ice instead.
- Sleep a full 8 hours. Bedtime is 10pm.
I will be doing it from now until September the 7th, which is my birthday.
Currently i'm 192.5 pounds, which is not all to gross, but I was a solid 200 pounds when summer started. IDEK how I lost 8 pounds from sitting around eating junk all day, but I definitely will not be looking that gift horse in the mouth!
My true goal weight is 120 pounds, but I'm shooting for 130-40 for safety.
For my hair, I'm going to be doing this daily treatment:
And this hair mask every 2 days to save product.
mix it in a bowl, leave in like 4 hours:
- Milk (provides Vitamin D)
- Orange Juice ( Vitamin C)
- Flour ( Vitamin E)
- Mayonnaise (Essential nutrients)
- Peanut butter
I'm going to be using my medication for my Seborrhic Dermatitis too, so idek if that effects anything.
Right now i'm going to iron my hair and trim it, because I can't trim it without it being straight.
